Markie Post is a noted American actor best known for her portrayals of public defender Christine Sullivan in NBCs sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels on ABCs drama show The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBSs sitcom Hearts Afire. Apart from her acting work, she's been part of several games programs. She is the daughter of poet Marylee Post and scientist Richard F. Post she was raised alongside two brothers at Walnut Creek. Las Lomas High School is where she went to school and was involved in cheerleading. She briefly studied at Pomona College before graduating from Lewis & Clark College. Post was previously married with Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross (actor/writer) is Post's husband since 1982. The couple has two daughters. She is a wonderful actress and ideal mother and wife. Post has been a source of inspiration for a lot of people in Hollywood. Her initial acting credits include a 1980 Barnaby-Jones episode that was the pilot episode of Simon & Simon Details At Elevenin 1981, and episode one of the show's second season from 1982, and The A-Team. Post also played characters in The Only Church of Townin 1983, Hot Stylesin 84 & The Love Boat. In 1983, Hot Styles as well as The Love Boat were her regular roles on ABC's action drama The Fall Guy. She had previously appeared in Buck Rogers in The Twenty-First Century as well as the science-fiction series Buck Rogers.
