Richard Bruce Cheney was born in Lincoln Nebraska on January 30 1941. He was the father of Richard Herbert Cheney and the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. When he was 13 years old Richard and his family relocated out of Nebraska and moved to Casper where his dad was Director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture local district for soil conservation.
