Anita Barone

Barone was Gail Cunningham in The Shoes of Seinfeld season 4. She played a cook named Elaine Benes who wanted shoes. In the early 1990s, Barone made an appearance for Carol & Company alongside Carol Burnett. Barone was the ex-wife of Carol Willick Ross Geller on the show's first Friends appearance. Jane Sibbett, who replaced Barone after leaving the show in order to play a part-time character with a greater role, took her place. She was a star in The Jeff Foxworthy Show during the first year (1995-1996) and The War at Home between 2005-2007. Barone played a role on Daddio (2000). Barone is also well-known for her roles on television in Desperate Homewives Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline, In the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. Barone was awarded the Best Supporting Actress Award from Methodfest 2005 for her role she played as the character One Last Ride. In 2010 three years since The War at Home ended the film's run, Barone began her recurring role on Shake It Up, a Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up as Officer Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. Her husband, actor Matthew Glave guest starred in two episodes of Shake It Up as J.J. Jones who is the ex-husband of Barone's character.

My baby crawled around in a playpen while I sat for 12 hours, sanding the floor and taking down the wallpaper. Ha! The house was getting closer to finishing, but it was still a long distance away.
